The Convention Centre in Dublin is a new, purpose built, world-class conference centre and event venue. Designed by Pritzker award-winning Irish architect Kevin Roche, the building features a stunning glass fronted atrium running the full height of the building providing panoramic views of the River Liffey, Dublin City centre and the Wicklow mountains.
The building’s cutting-edge architecture demanded that the interiors be equally as impressive. Boasting the latest technology and innovative layouts the furniture needed to reflect this modern, high spec appearance whilst incorporating a sense of Irish nationality.
The Delphi executive chair appeared to be an excellent compliment for the meeting rooms in classic black leather with a low back and swivel base.
A bespoke non-arm Forum chair, upholstered in traditional emerald green, had been shortlisted due to its moulded seat and durable steel frame, providing guaranteed comfort and ergonomic quality. The Forum’s linking and numbering functions also made this an ideal match for the conference halls.
Boss Design were successfully selected to provide chairs for the Convention Centre delivering 50 Delphi chairs and 5000 specialist Forum chairs. |
