British seating manufacturer, Boss Design is delighted to announce that they have expanded their portfolio of products and developed two ranges of meeting and conference tables.
Operating at the cutting edge of corporate seating the transition into meeting tables is a natural progression for the Boss Design brand. Boss Design's impeccable credentials in the industry, and twenty-six years experience of supplying furniture for meeting and conference environments means that Boss Design have a head start on their table's collection.
The table ranges were created by London based product designers David Williams and Roger Carr whose company Radar has proved itself to be one of the most complete and commercially-minded design services in the UK. Both ranges are based around a single structural engineering solution which results in a system that pushes flexibility, options and finishes beyond any other system on the UK market.
Pegasus is characterised by its refined cast-aluminium leg with its soft shape and fluidity, whilst Apollo is defined by a linear aesthetic created using an extruded-aluminium leg and rail components which compliments a modern architectural feel. Both products can be supplied in literally hundreds of variations, consistent with Boss' design philosophy of giving the power back to the specifier and allowing them the flexibility to achieve exactly what they need. |
The Pegasus and Apollo table systems come with integral cable management and offer the option of full power and data capability. The units can be positioned anywhere on the table top and in multiple locations, making the tables suitable for any conference and meeting environment.
Mark Barrell, Design Director, Boss Design said;
"Pegasus and Apollo represent yet another milestone in Boss Design's product development strategy. For a number of years our existing client base have been requesting table systems from Boss which would complement our seating portfolio but we wanted to wait until we could launch a system which exceeded the expectations of the market and the functional constraints of our competitors. The flexibility and breadth of the new Pegasus and Apollo ranges do just that by offering an intelligent solution which supports the global shift towards an activity-based working culture."
He concludes;
"Alongside our seating and table ranges our in-house design, space-planning and installation team ensure that we are able to offer our clients a very complete service solution."
Pegasus and Apollo were launched around the UK over a three week period throughout November and December 2009. |
